PAYMENT OPTIONS

In the interest of making my services affordable and available to as many people as possible, I offer several payment options.

Direct Payment

My preferred method of payment is direct payment. In this arrangement, I offer 30% off of my full rate. The advantages of this arrangement are:

  • I can work with you on any issue that you wish to work on. There is no requirement for diagnosis or to meet “medical necessity”. These are requirements if you use your insurance to pay for care.

  • There is no “middleman” - you pay me directly, and don’t have to hassle with your insurance company over denied services, etc.

  • We can work together for as long as is appropriate, utilizing the methods that we collaboratively decide are right for your care. Insurance companies will often pick and choose the treatment approaches they’ll pay for, and those are most often short-term treatment approaches, which may not be what you need.

  • With direct payment, you truly maintain your confidentiality. If you use insurance to pay the cost of care, they can audit your treatment record at any time.

If you’re interested in direct payment, my rates are as follows:

$200 for a 60-minute session — with a 30% direct pay discount you pay $140.

$250 for an extended 90-minute session — with a 30% direct pay discount you pay $175.
