Psyche Calls Psychotherapy is different because the methods utilized in treatment are experiential, rather than talk-based. There will be some discussion about what brings you to therapy and some verbal review of your history, but this is generally limited to the first few sessions. After this, we will be focused on generating new experiences for you by means of guided meditations and visualizations, and hands on activities to help you walk away from every session feeling that you’ve truly achieved something of value.

In addition to accepting these insurance plans, I also offer private pay as an option. Many people prefer this as it keeps their therapy experience private and leaves no paper trail with an insurance company or government.

$150 for a one hour follow up session

I am warm, welcoming of all, and highly relational in my approach to therapy. I believe that the most important element in the experience of therapy is the relationship that you form with your provider. It’s only in a space that feels truly safe that one can heal from significant wounding experiences, and I make every effort to engage with my clients in as gentle a manner as possible.
